LOW CARB DEVILED EGGS
1 Protein per Serving – Makes 5 Servings5 Eggs Hard Boiled
1 tsp. Prepared Mustard
2 tbsp. Non-fat Yogurt
1 tsp. White Wine Vinegar
1 tbsp. Parsley Flakes
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Dash Paprika (put that on at the end)
1 tsp. Prepared Mustard
2 tbsp. Non-fat Yogurt
1 tsp. White Wine Vinegar
1 tbsp. Parsley Flakes
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Dash Paprika (put that on at the end)
Scoop out yolks of eggs and mix with all ingredients. (No paprika yet)
Blend well and refill egg halves with mixture.
Sprinkle with paprika.
EAT.
