I always forget that a great protein snack or even breakfast, lunch or dinner (maybe not the healthiest), but the tastiest and LOW in carbs–like NONE….is TURKEY bacon or SAUSAGE. Got the big packs at Costco, but you can get them at any store. LOVE them! So, don’t forget these if you want to spice up your food choices.
But these are processed meats.
I eat them once in awhile, not every day. They help keep me thin. You can eat some other protein if you like. However, I write about what keeps you thin. You can choose the freshness of your protein on your own.
