A delicious dessert recipe for low carb banana chocolate chip muffins

Found this recipe for low carb (16g of carbs) Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

Introduction

For a snack or dessert

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

1 cup bananas, mashed (about 2 1/2 medium bananas)
1 large egg
1/2 cup applesauce
1 tbsp stevia or 1/2 cup splenda
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup regular flour
1/4 cup milk, 1%
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp semi-sweet mini chocolate chips

 

Directions

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Fill 16 muffin tins or papers about halfway. (I used an ice cream scoop to spoon it because the dough will be thick.)
Bake 350 degrees for 20 mins.
