It is all over the internet. The 30 Day Squat Challenge. I am on Day 5. I will be doin 70 squats and I adding in bicep curls. I am using a stretchy band that I picked up from Target. It is easy. Try the challenge. Takes a couple of minutes a day, with rest periods in-between. Might keep you motivated to keep eating right. Keep motivated to get healthy and look good–and skinny!
