My name is Aylene McMahon. I am a mental health professional, who has gone through my own illnesses, stomach and bowel issues, and UNWANTED weight gain. This led me to a 25 year search for diets that would stick–and I have tried them all! But, I never lost as much weight as I did on the Lindora diet and thanks to them, I have learned how to eat and keep it off! It was amazing how simple it is and how much it works.
I had to cut down on carbs, and re-learn how to eat. I have found out after working with a lot of people, that MANY people have no idea how to lose weight. So, since losing 40 pounds and my mission is to keep it off and share my knowledge with others-I started this blog to share the SKINNY-RULES! Rules to get skinny and stay skinny.
This blog will discuss ways to lose, maintain, recipes for low carb, discoveries about food, information, exercise and health things–anything leading to the rules to get and stay skinny! (and I mean lean, mean and healthy, not anorexic!)
